Looking for the parent names of William Jasper Butler. Will was born 18 Aug. 1838 Union County, Georgia and died 2 Nov. 1925. His wife's name was Martha Emaline Stacy born 28 Sept. 1838 in Tenn. and died 16 Feb. 1914. Martha and William are buried at 5 Mile Cemetery, Meade county, Kansas. Will and Martha had 5 children that I know of: John Henry, William Jasper Sigel, Mary, Samantha and don't have the name of the last one. One relative said Will's dad was born in Scotland and mother born in Alabama. William is my 3 great-grandfather and his son Will jr. is my 2 great grandfather.
