Researching family of Edward Louis HOOVER b May 28 1903, Downs, Osborne Co, KS where he was raised and graduated from Downs High School. Feb, 1923 he began work for Missouri Pacific Railroad until his death Aug 19 1973 in Topeka, Shawnee Co, KS. He was the son of ? HOOVER and Daisy WITT (daug of John Witt.
