My Name is Alicia L. Lee. I am the Great-Granddaughter of
John Lee and Alice Mae Lee (Parks was her maiden name).
They were married in Anthony, KS on October 26, 1904. They
moved to Wakita, Oklahoma sometime between 1904 and 1908.
My gradfather was born there in 1908. John owned a General
Store in Wakita, OK with John Spence Burchfiel. John
Burchfiel came back to Kansas in 1909 and John, Alice, and
their son, Newell Riley Lee, came back between 1910 and
1912. I've recieved word that John Lee died in Anthony,
Kansas. Is there anyone there who can either verify this
for me and tell me what his death date and cause of death
was? I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but
it has been a long family mystery as to how and when he

In case it is necessary... John Lee's parents were William
M. Lee and Elizabeth Ann Lee (Brown being her maiden name).
His birthday was April 10, 1870.
