Hi!
I am looking for any information concerning John MCBee
(1817-1890)and his family. John McBee was one of the
founding fathers of Howard, Elk County, Kansas. He
moved to Kansas in the late 1860's with his second wife, Hannah Potts McBee and many children. Later he
started a hotel in the city of Howard.

Does anyone have an article proving this tale?
I'm also seeking information about the names
of John's father and mother?
