My Great grandmother, Olivia F. Benn was married to her second husband, Thomas Fulton Morrow from late 1906 to early 1909. After their divorce, the eldest of Olivia's sons from her previous marriage,
Clay J. Benn (age 19) who had been working on the Morrow farm, "disappeared". He surfaced in California in 1925 (the year of Morrow's death) with a new name, James Edward Ford. Does anyone have any information on what caused Clay's "disappearance"?
