Who would have the death certificate from 1908 for my great grandfather James T. Gould who died in Haven,KS. Reno, County? He is buried in Laurel Cemetery but I would like to know when he died and need the information provided on the death certificate for him regarding his parents,date of birth and place of birth.It is my understanding that the state vital records in Topeka,KS do not have death certificates from that period of time. Would appreciate any help or advice you can give me.
