searching for information on Charles Stephen Hoag, who married Martha Jane Cook in 1872. Martha came to Kansas in Oct of 1871. Other relatives, brothers of Martha- are Charles J (?Joseph), William Wallace Cook (b. 8-20-1847), George Washington Cook (died at age 93 in Lewiston Montana).
Sister of Martha Cook was Cordelia.
Charles J. Cook reportedly homesteaded in Geary County, on Upper Humboldt Creek Road several miles east of Junction City. WWCook apparently homesteaded near that.
