VETERAN U.S. NAVY Lloyd E. Freeman, 80, WaKeeney, died Sunday, Apri1 03, 2005, at Kansas Heart, Hospital, Wichita. He was born March 14, 1925, in Hutchinson, son of LeRoy and Mary (Grayson) Freeman. He graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1943. He married Rosa Lee McMurry on March 7, 1948, in Greensburg. He was a retired Standard Oil truck stop owner and operator.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons, Ron Freeman, Don Freeman and Alan Freeman; two daughters, Karen and Chris; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Hutchinson.
