Description: Age, 35; height, 5 ft. 7 1/2 in.; weight, 160; hair, dark brown; complexion, dark; build, stout; eyes, dark brown; nativity, Nebraska. Occupation, brick mason.

Oblique cut scar 5 1/2 in. by 1/2 in. below waist line, 4 in. to right of median. V. Large scar 2 1/2 in. by 1/2 in. below waist line.
