Description: Age, 33; height, 5 ft. 7 3/4 in.; weight, 165; hair, dark chestnut; complexion, Indian; build, medium stout; eyes, hazel; nativity, Georgia. Occupation, miner.

Bust of woman and clasped hands forearm, front. Vaccine scar upper arm, outer. Four large burn scars forearm, rear. Oblique cut scar at elbow joint, outer. II. Tattoo -in blue of nude woman on forearm, rear. Tattoo in blue and red of woman and letters "Mollie M" forearm, front. III. Small blue mark at outer edge left brow. Small blue mark 1 1/2 in. below outer corner left eye. Small blue mark left side nose 1 in. below root. Small mole at edge of hair, on median line.
