Description: Age, 35; height, 5 ft. 6 in.; weight, 135; hair, dark brown, wavy; complexion, dark; build, small; eyes, maroon; nativity, Mexico. Occupation, common laborer.

Small vaccine scar above elbow, outer. II. Tattoo in blue and red of flower and legs of woman, forearm, front. III. Small black dot 1/2 in. above center of left eyebrow.
