Description: Age, 40; height, 5 ft. 9 1/4 in.; weight, 157; hair, dark gray; complexion, medium dark; build, medium stout; nativity, Wisconsin. Occupation, butcher.

Marks and scars: I. Irregular scar at first joint of thumb, outer. Horizontal cut scat at base of first finger, outer. Oblique cut scar on little finger, outer. Horizontal cut scar on third phalanx of middle finger, front. Large cut scar at elbow joint, rear. Vaccine scar on upper arm. II. Oblique cut scar on first and second joints of middle finger, rear. Horizontal cut scar between second and third joints of same finger. III. "T" shaped scar at left root of nose. Small black dot below root of nose, on ridge. Light-colored mole on right side of nose.
