Vertical cut scar 3/4 in. long on back of hand near knuckle joint of index finger. III. Scar at outer edge of left eyebrow. Scar at right temple 1 in. from outer corner of right eye. IV. Scar 3 in. to right of navel. V. Two scars on left side of head.
