Description: Age, 30; height, 5 ft. 10 1/2 in.; weight, 136; hair, brown; complexion, medium; build, slender; eyes, blue; nativity, Kansas. Occupation, farmer.

Cut scar between first and second joints middle finger, front. II. Little finger stiff and bent to front. Ring finger stiff and bent to front. III. Several small blue dots on left cheek bone. Mole on right jaw 1 1/2 in. under right ear. Scar under point of chin.
