Marks and scars: I. Cut scar at knuckle joint first finger. Tattoo in blue and red of anchor, boot, several small insects, bust of woman, eagle with outspread wings, U. S. flag, sunburst, red heart pierced with arrow, bust of an Indian, tin can with letters S 0 at base, horse's head, lion's head, cowboy holding gun, dagger piercing flesh, standing form of girl; all on forearm, front. Large vaccine scar, upper arm. II. Tattoo in blue and red of clasped hands, double heart, scroll work, letters E R G, dagger, outline of quarter moon, 5-point star, letters A B C, flying bird, anchor, wreath, two small red stars, standing form of man, on forearm. III. Brows slightly united. Scar under point of chin; several pit scars on right cheek. Tattoo in blue and red of women kneeling at cross in center of chest.
