Description: Age, 26; height, 5 ft. 9 1/4 in.; weight, 155; hair, brown with black; complexion, light mulatto; build, slim; eyes, hazel; nativity, Indiana. Occupation, common laborer.

Marks and scars: I. Vaccination scar on upper arm. II. Small horizontal scar about 1 1/2 in. below elbow joint, outer. III. Small scar on left upper lip. Cut scar on right side of nose. Cut scar on hair line at center of head. Cut scar 1 in. long on left side of head, about 3 in. above and a little behind left ear. Very receding chin. IV. Small black mole 3 in. above left nipple. Small blemish on right breast, 1 in. from nipple. V. Slight cut scar left side on back of neck at hair line.
