Description: Age, 35; height, 6 ft. 1/4 in.; weight, 165; hair and complexion, black; build, slender; eyes, deep maroon; nativity, Kansas. Occupation, common laborer.

Small vaccination scar on upper arm. III. Horizontal cut scar 6 in. long on left side of neck, extending under jaw and left cheek. Small indentation on left side of head close to hair line. Cut scar 1 in. long on right side of head close to hair line.
