Age, 40; height, 5 ft. 9 in.; weight, 164; eyes, brown; hair, black and gray; mustache, heavy black; build, medium straight; considerable gold in teeth; ears, medium and flaring; chin, receding. One term Fort Madison, Ia., number 9427.

Tattoo, cross and heart, 4 in. above wrist, rear. Tattoo, hand clasp under setting sun 7 in. above wrist, rear. Tattoo of nude woman on upper arm. III. Bullet wounds under left side 3 in. above waist line, coming out in rear 1 1/2 in. above waist line, 6 in. to left of spine.
