Description: Age, 39; height, 5 ft. 8 in.; weight, 155; complexion, dark; hair, dark chestnut and gray; eyes, brown.

Two cut scars at base of thumb, front. Vaccine scar on upper arm. II. Circular cut scar of 1/2 in. on wrist, inner. III. Small round scar 1/2 in. above left eyebrow 2 1/2 in. to left of median line.
