Their Infant Child Died Orthella Groves

Herbert Groves and wife of Forest City mourn the death of their infant child, Othella. The little one died of lung fever at 4 o'clock a.m., Monday, February 8th at the tender age of 26 days. They have three other children and all are sick but not dangerously. Mr. Groves himself is also sick and the family is in much distress.

On account of the sickness in the family no funeral was held. The little body was taken to Attica yesterday and buried in the Attica cemetery.

The friends of the aggrieved parents sympathize with them deeply in their afflictions and they sincerely hope for the speedy recovery of Mr. Groves and the children.

The following lines are dedicated by a friend of the family to the memory of the little one that has passed away:

So fades the lovely blooming flower,
Frail, smiling solace of an hour;
So soon our earthly comforts fly,
And pleasure only blooms to die.
