Obituary of FOREST C. BROOMFIELD
Forest C. Broomfield died September 7 at Grove General Hospital, Grove, Oklahoma at the age of 84. He was born April 1, 1904 in Milton, Kansas. He married Ethel Boucher February 19, 1926 in Wichita, Kansas.

A carpenter, Broomfield attended Mt. Hermon Baptist Church. He came to this area in 1971 from Lamar, Missouri.

Broomfield was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel in 1984, and one son, Floyd Broomfield in 1969.

Survivors include three daughters, Lois Flewelling, Holton, Kansas, Marjorie Broomfield, Jay and Helen Addington, Tulsa; a sister, Edrie Broomfield of Augusta, Kansas; 20 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church with Dr. Audry Thomas officiating. Burial was in Mt. Hermon Cemetery under the direction of Lawson Memorial Chapel.
