Obituary of MICHAEL JOSEPH and JACQUELINE LOU MORGAN
Michael Joseph Morgan, 46, of Louisville, Neb., formerly of El Dorado, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at his home.

Jacqueline Lou Morgan, his wife, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, at her home. Joint services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Atkinson, Neb. with Father Luke Steffes officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Atkinson. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 16, at Seger Funeral Home in Atkinson with a Christian Wake being held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pall bearers will be Brad and Kevin Krieger, Rick, Robert, Jason, David, Bill, Shawn and Dan Morgan; and Jeff Fritz. Honorary pall bearers for Jacqueline will be Jim, John, Harold and Pete Morgan; Brian Hole; Todd Davis; Verny Krieger; Howard Bonham; Glenn Baker and Jerry Herman. Lectorer will be Jeremy Fritz.

Michael was born March 14, 1953 in Atkinson to William and Sylvia (Smith) Morgan. He married Jacqueline Davis Feb. 26, 1972 in Lincoln, Neb. He was an accountant for a trucking company.

He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy and Brian Hole of Anderson, Mo., and Jessica and Sarah Morgan of Louisville, Neb.; his mother, Sylvia Morgan of Atkinson; a grandson, Scott Hole; a granddaughter, Stephanie Hole; brothers, Jim Morgan of Olathe; John Morgan and wife Becky of Tinley Park, Ill.; Harold Morgan and wife Diane of Stuart, Neb.; and Pete Morgan and wife Connie of Grand Island, Neb.; sisters, Anna Krieger and husband Verne of Bassett, Neb., Pat Fritz of Bartlett, Neb., and Maureen Morgan of Denver.

He was preceded in death by his father and a great nephew.

Jacqueline was born Aug. 5, 1953 in Lafayette, Ind. to Floyd and Patricia (Owens) Davis. She was a school bus driver.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy and Brian Hole and Jessica and Sarah Morgan; her mother, Patricia Davis-Pershing of Lincoln, Neb.; sister, Sandra Davis of Lincoln; brother, Todd Davis of Daytona Beach; one grandson and one granddaughter and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, husband and grandparent.
