Graham and Burton

BURTON-GRAHAM

Miss Mildred Burton, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F.A. Burton, who live on the Altemus farm on Buck Creek, and Neil Graham, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Graham, of this city, were married November 4, at the home of Probate Judge A.E. Johnson.

The young couple asked the judge to keep the marriage a secret until they announced it this week. The bride as born in Oklahoma, coming to this county in 1929 with her parents. The family lived at Matfield until moving to this community several years ago. She attended and was graduated from the Chase County Community High School in 1936.

Neil Graham attended the Clements High School and has made his home here most of the time since the Graham family moved to this city. The young couple are at present at the home of the groom's parents here.
