Baldwin, Alma Leonie Holz Mrs Cal Baldwin passed Wednesday
Stroke Suffered about Three Weeks Ago Is Fatal to Cottonwood Falls Woman.
Mrs. Cal Baldwin of Cottonwood Falls died Wednesday evening of last week at her home. She had suffered a stroke two weeks previous to her death and before that had been in poor health.
Funeral services
were held at the home Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock and internment was in Prairie Grove cemetery. Rev. E. M. Scott conducted the services.
Alma Leonie Holz was born in Milwaukee, Wisc., on September 10, 1869, and passed away at her home in Cottonwood FalIs on July 17, 1932, aged 62 years, 10 months, 17 days. She was the daughter of Leopold and Friedricke Holz.
At the age of 10 years she came to Cottonwood Falls and this has since been her home with the exception of about 12 years spent in Texas.
In, February 1896, She was united in marriage to C E Baldwin at Cottonwood Falls and to this union one son was born
Mrs Baldwin was christened in the Lutheran church in Milwaukee, Wis, when a child.
She is survived by her husband,
C. E. Baldwin; one son, Harold C.
Baldwin, of Ponca City, Okla. ; one,
sister, Mrs. Ida M. Braesch of Topeka; and two brothers, Frank
Holz of Los Angeles, Calif and Leo G Holz of Houston, Texas.

She is survived by her husband, C. E. Baldwin, one son, Harold C. Baldwin, of Ponca City, Okla., one sister, Mrs. Ida M. Braesch, of Topeka, and two brothers, Frank Holz, of
Los Angeles, Calif., and Leo G. Holz, of Houston, Texas, also a host of
neighbors and friends who will miss her sadly.
Funeral services were held at the home in Cottonwood Falls on Friday
afternoon, July 29, at 4 o'clock. Burial was in Prairie Grove cemetery.
The Rev E M Scott of the Presbyterian Church, had charge of the services.
