Baldwin, Donna M
Donna M. Baldwin, 66, of Derby, died Saturday, July 10, 2004, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
She was born April 5, 1938, in Cottonwood Falls, the daughter of Vaden LeRoy and Vivian Mae Herr Heathman. She married Jackie Ray Baldwin on Nov 15, 1957, in Miami, Okla. Mrs. Baldwin was a
sales associate at the Derby Wal-Mart.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Welch of Peck and Debbie Brooks of Sallisaw, Okla.; a son, Lee Baldwin of Derby; her mother of Rogers, Ark.; a brother, Howard Heathman of Rogers, Ark.; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her husband on Sept. 28, 1998; a son, Rick; and her father.
Funeral services were Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at Smith Mortuary in Derby, with graveside services in the Bazaar Cemetery
A memorial has been
established with the
American Lung
Association.
