Becker, Valentine Jr

Valentine Becker died at his home on the Becker ranch, Tuesday evening at 8:45 of pneumonia after a short illness.

Funeral services were held from the residence Friday at 10 o'clock by Rev. Case, and burial wil take place at the cemetery east of town.

Mr. Becker was born in New YOrk, August 4, 1841. He is the eldest of the three brothers, Val, Lew and Will. He was one of those large-hearted noblemen whom all knoew remain fast friends. His death is sincerely mourned. We will publish a sketch of his life work next week.
