LARRY CONNACHER DIES FROM INJURIES

As a result of an automobile accident which occurred here Friday, Larry Connacher, ten-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Connacher of Elmdale, is dead.

The boy died at the Newman Memorial hospital in Emporia at 6:10 o'clock, Monday morning from injuries sustained last Friday evening when he was struck by a car driven by Gilbert Pinkston, farmer of Bazaar. The accident, causing his death was on the paving between this place and Strong City.

An X-Ray photograph taken of the boy's skull at the hospital showed the brain paralized and his spinal column badly injured. Although he never gained consciousness, yet death did not occur until two and one-half days following the injury.

The funeral services will be held at the Connacher home in Elmdale at 2:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon after which interment will be made in the Prairie Grove cemetery of this city.
