Cusick, James Jr
DEATH OF JAMES CUSICK JR
James, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Cusick, died Wednesday evening at his home in Saffordville.
James was 19 years of age. He was taken down with pneumonia about three weeks ago and although he made a valiant fight against death, the ravages of his disease was more than the physical body could withstand and death came at 10:00 o'clock Wednesday evening.
James was just entering the threshhold of manhood. He was an honorable boy and an obedient son, well liked and respected by all.
Mr. and Mrs. Cusick will feel their loss keenly and in their sorrow they have the sincere sympathy of their friends and neighbors.
The funeral services were held at the Saffordville church at 2:00 this afternoon. Rev. Finch preached the sermon and the remains were laid at rest in the Toledo Cemetery.
