Cutsinger, Juanita Maxine Long Juanita Maxine Cutsinger, 81, of El Dorado died Monday, Aug. 15, 2005, at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital.
Maxine, the daughter of Guy and Ruby Withers Long, was born Dec. 10, 1923, at Garden City. She married Jack Cutsinger on Jan. 23, 1945, at El Dorado. He died Feb. 24, 1973.
After her children had grown, she worked for Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital in housekeeping for more than five years. She was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Cutsinger of Cottonwood Falls and Dennis Cutsinger of Las Vegas, Nev.; two daughters, Linda Walford of Omaha and Julie Kellison of Emporia; three brothers, Guy Long Jr. of El Dorado, Virgil Long of Winfield and Jerry Long of Cottonwood Falls; a sister, Ruth Patterson of Lake Tahoe,
and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Phillip Long; and two sisters, Caroline Fowler and Virginia Alcorn.
A celebration of her life was held Aug. 19, 2005, at Kirby-Morris Funeral Home Chapel, El Dorado. Interment followed at Sunset Lawns Cemetery.
