Ditmars, Anna Kathryn Anna Kathryn Kraft Ditmars
was born in Grandfork, Madison
County, Ill., October 3, 1872, and
died at Muskogee, Okla., Tuesday,
March 18.
She moved with her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Ed Kraft, Sr., to Strong
City in 1886.
She was united in
marriage to Charles Ditmars, August 25, 1896. One son, Sidney,
was born to this union who with
his father survive. She is also
survived by three sisters, Mrs.
Theresa Myers, Strong City; Mrs.
J. T. Ryan, Hutchinson; Mrs A.
E. Rockhold, Newton; two brothers, Ed and Theodore of Wichita
and two grandchildren, Sidney,
Jr., and Maurine of Muskogee. The
body was brought to the home of
her sister, Mrs. Theresa Myers.
Funeral services were held at
the St. Anthony church in Strong
City, Friday morning. The Rev.
Edward J. Albers conducted the
services. The pall bearers were
D. E. Crebbs, .Dr. J. Hinden, A. W.
Ryan, W. P. Rettiger, Carl Palmer and J. B. McCabe.

Mrs. Charles Ditmar Passes In Muskogee
Former Strong City Resident Will Be Buried in local cemetery after services Friday.
Mrs. Charles F. Ditmar of Muskogee, Okla., a former resident of
Strong City, died Tuesday night
in a Muskogee hospital after an
extended sickness. Funeral services will be held Friday morning
at 9:30 o'clock in St. Anthony's
church at Strong City and interment will be in the local Catholic
cemetery. The Rev. Edward J.
Albers of St. Anthony's church
will conduct the services.
Mrs. Ditmar was a daughter of
the late Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kraft,
Sr., and lived in Strong City until she was married to Mr. Ditmar. She is survived by her husband; a son, S. F. Ditmar of Muskogee; three sisters, Mrs. C. W.
Myers of Strong City, Mrs. T. J.
Ryan of Hutchinson, and Mrs. A.
E. Rockhold of Newton; two brothers, Theodore Kraft and Ed
Kraft of Wichita.
