George T. Emery
No services are planned
for George T Emery, 46, of
Madison, who died Friday,
Nov. 21, 2003, at his home.
George T. Emery, the son
of James W and Dolores L.
Smith Emery, was born
April 6, 1957, in Trenton,
N.J: He lived in Reno, Nev.,
for many years before he
moved to Cottonwood Falls.
He then moved to Madison
several years ago. He was a
handyman.
Mr. Emery's marriages,
to Ethel Woods, then to
Katy Salender, ended in
divorce.
Mr. Emery is survived by
two sons, George Emery Jr.
and Charles Emery, and a
daughter, Christina Emery,
all of Reno Nev.; three
stepsons, Terry Salender,
Jimbo Roach and Carl Kop,
all of Cottonwood Falls; one
stepdaughter, Katy Roach
of Cottonwood Falls; one
brother, James Emery of
Hamilton; two sisters,
Daisy Smith of Hamilton
and Dolores Emery of
Madison; and three step-
grandchildren.
His parents; an infant
brother, James Emery; and
a sister, Doris Haney, died
earlier.
Mr. Emery has been cremated.
