Fosdick, Ruth Elizabeth "Betty" Ruth Elizabeth "Betty" Fosdick, 78, died Aug 7, 2001 in Ellsworth County Medical Center. Memorials may be sent to the Wilson Nursing Home, Ellsworth or American Parkinson's Disease Association.
Mrs Fosdick, the daughter of Lee Royand Ruth Marion Copeland. Betty, was born July 2, 1923, at StrongCity.
She marrried Harvey Earl Fosdick, June ll, 1954, at StrongCity. Ruth was a homemaker and a member of VFW Auxiliary Post 7928. She was baptized as a young girl at the Methodist Church in Strong City.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Terry Lynn Fosdick ofSalina and Timothy Lee Fosdick of Holyrood; a sister, Bonnie Lee Spain, StrongCity; and a grandson, Charles Fosdick of Holyrood.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Paster JimNewkirk officiated the service Saturday, Aug. 11 at Parsons Funeral Home,Ellsworth. Burial was at Ellsworth Memorial Cemetery.
