Greene, Edward Barton Edward Greene Dies After Brief Illness
Small Son of Mr. and Mrs.
Willard Greene of Bazaar Passes
Saturday Night.
Edward Barton Greene, 7 year-old
son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Greene of Bazaar, died Saturday night about 10 o'clock after a week's sickness with stomach
trouble. The funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:30
o'clock at the Green home north of Bazaar, and interment was in the Prairie Grove cemetery at Cottonwood falls, Rev. E. M. Scott, pastor of the Presbyterian church at Cottonwood Falls, conducted the services. Spencer Long sang two songs.
Edward Barton was born at the Greene home May 20, 1922. He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Willard Greene, by a younger brother, Willard Junior, and by his grandfather, E. B. Greene, who makes his home at Bazaar.
