JOHN J. JACOB
A funeral will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 11th Ward for John J. Jacob, who died, Saturday, at age 82.
He was a retired machinist from Alcoa and had lived in Vancouver since 1942. Survivors include his widow, Mary at home, a daughter Joan Lemire of Vancouver, two half sisters, Maybelle Matzke of Pierce City, Mo., and Martha Ellen Spencer of South Dakota; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
John J Jacob age 82, died April 30, 1988, Vancouver, WA. Born March 06 1906, Lehigh Iowa. Resident of Vancouver since 1942. He was a machinist and retired from Alcoa in 1971. Beloved husband of Mary E. Jacob, at home. Daughter, Joan Lemire, Vancouver, Six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Half sisters, Maybelle Matzke, Pierce City , MO and Martha Ellen Spencer, of South Dakota. Member of LDS Church. 11th ward, Vancouver. Friends are invited to attend funeral services, Wednesday, May 04 1988, 2 PM, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 11th Ward, 9728 NE 50th Ave., Vancouver. Interment will be in the Garden of Prayer, Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel, located at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery, is in charge of arrangements.
