Kruse, Warren Jeffries
Warren Jeffries Kruse, 35, of Visalia, Calif. and his mother Carolyn Sue Kruse, 62, of Cayucas, Calif., formerly of Chanute, died July 17, 2004, in an airplane crash near Bishop, Calif. Funeral services were held July 26, 2004, in Morro Bay, Calif
Warren Jeffries Kruse was born June 3, 1969, at Ontario, Calif., the son of Ronald and Carolyn Thompson Kruse. In 1989, after graduation from Riverview School in East
Sandwish, Ma., he joined the family business, O.H.Kruse Grain and Milling. In 1996 he moved to the Flint Hills of Kansas and established with his cousin, Josh Hoy, the Flying W cattle ranch in Chase County. While maintaining his ranching interests in Kansas, he returned to Visalia in 2003, and in partnership with his brother, established a flight school, Western Air. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of
Visalia.
He was a frequent traveler and he was a student o the Civil War.
He is survived by his father of Santa Ana, Calif. two brothers and their families, Kevin of Visalia, Calif and Doug of Templeton Calif.
