Lostutter, Clydean Bette

Clydean Bette Lostutter, 85, o f Emporia died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at Newman Regional Health.

Clydean, the daughter of Clyde and Iska Lathrop Blount, was born May 21, 1919, at Ottawa. She grad- uated from Emporia High School.

She married Robert Kemper Lostutter On July 8, 1938, at Cottonwood Falls. He died Nov. 18, 1994, at Emporia.

Mrs. Lostutter was a member of the First Congregational Church. She also was a member of the Noisy Nine Bridge Club.

She is survived by two sons, John Alan Lostutter of Emporia and Robert Kemper Lostutter of Chicago, Ill.; a daughter, Judy Hargraves of Leawood; a brother, Joel Blount of Surprise, Ariz.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were Thursday, Feb. 24, the Roberts-Blue, Barnett Funeral Home chapel The Rev. Mic McGuire of the Grace United Methodist Church conduc the services Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Emporia Friends of the Zoo may be sent in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 175 Emporia KS 66801.
