Low, Jean E
Jean E. Norton Low, 83, Overland Park, formerly of Topeka, died Jan. 4, 2004.
Memorial services will
be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, 2004, at Penwell-Gable Mid Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th, Topeka.
Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Topeka. She will lie in state on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2004, from 1 to 9 p.m. at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town
Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Cr., Topeka, KS 66606.
Jean E. Norton was born Nov. 19, 1920, in Cottonwood Falls the daughter of Thomas and Catherine Austin Norton. She moved with her family to Topeka and attended Topeka High School and
The University of Kansas.
Mrs. Low was preceded in death by her husband, Henri Low Jr.
Survivors include her two sons, Henri Low III, St. Pete Beach, Fla. and Thomas Low, Overland Park; a daughter Dana Shawgo, Overland Park; and brother, Bill Norton, Texas.
