Mahoney, Clarence Edward “Sonny”, Jr.
Clarence Edward Mahoney, Jr., 51, died July 1, 2007, at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Clarence was raised by his grandmother, Edna Mahoney.
He was born Oct. 20, 1955, at Emporia.
He married Ellana J. Fry on April 9, 1994, in Emporia. She survives.
He was a construction worker. He was a member of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.)
He is also survived by a daughter, Kristal Rodriguez of Emporia; a sister, Edna Fehner of Wichita; and three grand-children. He was preceded in death by his grandmother and two half-brothers, Pat Gilligan and Mike Gilligan.
Services were held 7 Saturday, July 7, at First United Methodist Church with Reverend Claudia Bakely officiating. Interment was at Evergreen Cemetery South of Emporia.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
