Mailen, John Mrs MRS JOHN MAILEN DEAD
Mrs. John Mailen died at her home in the south part of this city, Wedsnesday morning after an illness of several weeks. She had been very low for the last week and all hope for her recovery was abandoned.
Her father, Mr. Harvey Steward, and his wife came in from the Soldiers Home at Dodge City, Monday and Mr. Mailen's father same in Tuesday. The funeral will be held Friday and she will be laid to rest in the Bazaar cemetery beside her mother.
Besides her husband, she leaves eight children to mourn a mother's sudden death.
