McNee,

Mrs, McNee Dead.

Mrs. W. J. McNee died at her home here Thursday after an illness of several months. She has not been able to leave her bed except a few hours since the birth of her little girl about three months ago. The doctors have given her the closest attention and Drs. Caster and Munn of Topeka have been called in consultation several times.

There were days when her recovery seemed probable and then for several days it would see that she could live only a short time. For the past week the watchers have realized that it was only a matter of time as she has not been able to retain any food.

Mrs. McNee was a devoted mother and wife. Her home was her world and felt women will be more greatly missed than she. The funeral will be held at 2:30 Saturday afternoon.
