Moore, Fern Lucile Archer Fern Lucile (Archer) Moore, 81, of Diamond, Mo., died Aug. 31, 2001 at Granby House.
Fern Lucile Archer was born April 29, 1920, at Cottonwood Falls. She married Paul L. Moore on Dec. 3, 1938, at Cottonwood Falls. He died Dec. 10, 1982.
Fern was a homemaker and was employed as a cook at several restaurants. She was also a Baptist.
Survivors include one son, Bob Moore, Diamond, Mo.; three daughters, Bonnie Young, Aurora, Colo., Pauline Moss, Diamond, Mo., and Patty Frazier Eminence; Three brothers, Leroy Archer, Council Grove, Bill Archer, Cottonwood Falls and John Archer, Tucson, Ariz; and two sisters, Betty Myers, Topeka and Pat Johnson, Matfield Green; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceeded in death by a daughter, Susan Greenwood, three brothers and one great grandchild. Services were held Sept 5, 2001, at First Baptist Church in Diamond, Mo. Rev. Greg Snow officiated. Burial was in Diamond Cemetery. Ulmer Funeral Home in Carthage, Mo. was in charge of arrangements.
