Morgan, Phillip J

Phillip J. Morgan, 51, died Aug. 15, 2002, at Stonecrest, his home near, Cedar Point.

Memorial service to cele- brate his life was Aug. 19, 2002, at the Cedar Point Community Church; the Rev. Larry Tomm officiated. The arrangements were with Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home of Cottonwood Falls.

Mr. Morgan was born Feb. 2, 1951, in Dermott, Ark.,the son of Joseph and Zelda Patricia Strausberg Morgan. He worked in executive man agement and sales. He was a member of Cedar Point Community Church and an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca; a son Patrick Morgan of Derby; a stepdaughter, Liza Leffers of Wichita; and two brothers, Steve Morgan of El. Dorado and Bob Morgan of Missouri. Contributions to the Phillip J. Morgan Memorial Fund can be sent to his wife at Route, 1 Box 31,Cedar Point, KS
