Motter, Esther Jane ESTHER J. MOTTER
Esther Jane Motter, 98, of Whitewater, died Saturday, January 18, at the Wheat State Manor nursing home at Whitewater.
Mrs. Motter lived at Matfield
Green from 1945 until 1974, when she moved to Whitewater. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Motter's husband, Homer, died in May 1979.
She is survived by a daughter, Wilma Jean Everett of Cedar Point; two half-sisters, Mary Waller of Whitewater and Rhoda Peterson of Wichita; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was held Tuesday, January 21, at 2 p.m., at the Federated Church in Whitewater. Burial was in the Whitewater Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wheat State Manor nursing home at Whitewater and may be sent to Lamb Mortuary at Whitewater, which is in charge of arrangements.
