Potter, Reba Louise Snyder

Louise Potter, 74, of Strong City, died Dec. 5, 2002, at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka. Funeral services were held Dec. 9, 2002, in the First Baptist Church in Cottonwood Falls, with Pastor Rick Smith officiating. Interment was in Prairie Grove Cemetery.

Reba Louise Snyder was born on Aug. 12, 1928, in Morristown, Tenn., to Leslie and Flora Richards Snyder. She married Wilbur "Webb" Potter on Aug. 16, 1952, in Valdosa, Ga. He preceded her in death on July 18, 1997. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Doyle Potter and Mike Potter both of Strong City; three daughters, Melinda Barrett and Mary Blount of Cottonwood Falls, and Reba Belderes of Dover, Fla.; one brother William "D" Snyder of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters. Ruby Terwilliger of Tampa, Fla. and Mary Lou Williams of Morristown, Tenn.; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her hus band and a brother, Ken Snyder.

Memorials are suggested to the Chase County Make A Wish or an Educational Fund in her name for her great- grandchildren. These may be sent in care of The Exchange National Bank.
