Ransford, Flossie Bell Baldwin
Funeral services for Mrs. Leroy B. Ransford, 63, of 413 SW 4th who died Thursday monring, Apr. 20 1960 will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Moody's Funeral Chapel.
The Rev. R S Fanestil of the lst Christian Church will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. The body will lie in state Sunday afternoon and evening at the funeral chapel.
Mrs. Ransford suffered a heart attack Thursday while driving her car.
She was born June 26 1896 at Homer, Iowa, the daughter of Charles E and Alcyona Baldwin.
She and Mr. Ransford were married Feb 09 1919 in Cottonwood Falls. They moved to Newton from Cottonwood Falls in 1923.
Mrs. Ransford was a member of the lst Christian Church, Loyal Daughters Sunday School class and American Legion Auxiliary.
