Rosiere, Alice L Blankenship Alice L. Rosiere, 82, of Florence died Nov. 11, 2005, at St. Luke Hospital in Marion.
Alice, the daughter of John and Roxanna Blankenship, was born Oct. 31, 1923, in Neosho, Mo.
She retired from Seward Hardware Store in Florence after 20 years.
She married Jess Rosiere on June 8, 1940, in Missouri. She was a past member of the former Rebekah Lodge at Florence.
She is survived by a son, Bill Rosiere, Florence; a daughter, Janis Shanklin, Florence; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers, Earl and Glenn; and a sister, Laura Cox.
The funeral service was Tuesday, Nov 15, at Zeiner Funeral Home, Florence, with the Rev. Steve Hysom officiating.
Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery, Florence.
Memorials are suggested to the Florence Public Library.
