Showalter, Gregory Lynn Gregory L. Showalter, 48, died Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Gregory Lynn Showalter, the son of Lawrence E. and Mary Mackey Showalter, was born Dec. 9, 1957, in Hutchinson. He was a cabinet maker/carpenter/ woodworker and worked for Chance Industries in Wichita for several years. He attended the Cedar Point Community Church.
He is survived by his mother, Mary, of Strong City; a son, Joshua Showalter of Leavenworth; a daughter, Jennifer Showalter of Potsboro, Texas; a brother, Tom Showalter of Strong City; and a sister, Patti Craghead of Jetmore.
He was preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Joni Showalter.
Services were held Saturday, April 15, 2006, in the Cedar Point Community Church, Cedar Point, with Pastor David Gass officiating. Burial followed in Prairie Grove
Cemetery,rural
Cottonwood Falls.
