Swift, Carolyn L Henderson Carolyn L. Swift, 52, of
Lubbock, Texas, died
Wednesday, June 18, 2003,
at her residence. Services
were held Saturday, June
21, 2003, with the Rev.
Todd Turnbow officiating.
Burial was at Peaceful
Gardens Memorial Park in
Lubbock.
Mrs. Swift was born July
24, 1950, at Strong City.
She married Marvin Swift
in May of 1968. She had
been a resident of Lubbock
since 1971. She was a
member of Southcrest
Baptist Church.
She was preceded in
death by her mother, Betty
Henderson, and her sister,
Norma Morrison.
Survivors include her
husband; a son, Bobby
Swift of Lubbock; two
daughters, Lisa Walls of
Plainview, Texas, and Betty
Bates of Lubbock; her
father, Robert Henderson
of Lubbock; two brothers,
Bobby L. Henderson of
Spur, Texas, and Steve
Henderson of Louisville,
Ky.; two sisters, Rita
Jansonius of Prairie View,
and Pat Garner of Lubbock;
and seven grandchildren.
The family suggests
