Weyl, Dorothy Grace Dorothy Grace Weyl, 90, died Aug. 7, 2001, in Sand Antonio, Texas.
Dorothy was born Nov. 25, 1910 in Strong City, but grew up in Cottonwood Falls. She moved to Wichita in 1928 where she and her husband started the Weyl-Bausch Tire Company. She moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1996 to be with her granddaughter and family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Weyl; parents John and Louisa Frew; and six brothers and sisters.
she is survived by her daughter, Dona Lou Montague of Las Vegas, Nev.; granddaughter, Shellie Rappaport of San Antonio, Texas, grandson, Don Montague of Las Vegas, Nev.; and three great-grand-children.
A memorial service will be held in Wichita at a later date. Memorial services for Dorothy Grace Frew Weyl, who died Aug. 7, 2001 at San Antonio, Texas, will be held on Monday, Oct. 8, 2001 at 10 a.m. Services will be at the First Presbyterian Church, 525 North Broadway, Wichita and interment will be at Old Mission/Wichita Park Cemetery, Wichita.
She is survived by her daughter Dona Lou Weyl Montague; her granddaughter Michelle Montague Rappaport; her grandson Don Robert Montague; three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews and friends.
