Obituary of BERNARD C. MEERS |
OBITUARY "There is a vacant chair at the table, Our Darling has left us today; And gone to the realms of glory, With Jesus forever to stay." Bernard C., the 1 year and 10 month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Meers died at their home last Sunday night at 11 o'clock, of paralysis of the brain. The child had been afflicted but a few days when the hand of death beckoned its soul to a home in the eternal skies. The funeral services were conducted at the residence Tuesday, at 10 o'clock, by Rev. Latham, after which the remains were laid to rest in the city cemetery. The bereaved family have the sympathy of all in their sad hour of distress. |
